Touch Not My Anointed - Chapter 3
President Bush and Saudi Prince Abdullah
The Arab nations, having failed to destroy Israel through military power, are seeking to take away her land through political means. The Arab nations are exerting pressure on the United States to take away Israel’s land piece by piece, and to give it back to the Arabs. Because the United States is dependent upon Arab oil, she has been using her influence to convince the Israelites to give up land for peace.
This is an unrighteous bargain, for God has given the land to the descendants of Abraham by a promise, as we have already seen. The 21 Arab nations in the region occupy over 99.5% of the land in the Middle East yet they continually are pressing for Israel to give up the small area of land that she possesses.
When America continually acts as a pawn of the Arab nations in seeking to coerce Israel into giving up her land, she is setting herself up for judgment. The Word of God clearly declares that God will in the last days judge the nations that have acted to divide up the land He promised to the descendants of Abraham throughout all their generations.
Joel 3:1-2
"For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations, and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; and they have divided up My land.”
Are we not now seeing the fortunes, or the welfare, of Judah and Jerusalem restored by Yahweh? Yes! And God has said that He will enter into judgment with all the nations who have divided up His land. God says the land is His. It belongs to Him and to whomever He chooses to give it. He gave His land to Abraham by a promise, and to Abraham’s descendants. Yet many nations have sought to divide up the land of Israel. Foremost among them is America, and consequently she will be foremost in judgment.
God is testifying that He will judge any nation that touches the apple of His eye. He is always watching over Israel, and it is a perilous thing for any nation to seek to take away that which God has promised to her.
Deuteronomy 19:14
"You shall not move your neighbor's boundary mark, which the ancestors have set, in your inheritance which you will inherit in the land that Yahweh your God gives you to possess.
Deuteronomy 27:17
“Cursed is he who moves his neighbor's boundary mark.' And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’”
Hosea 5:10
The princes of Judah have become like those who move a boundary; on them I will pour out My wrath like water.
As you read this last verse, I want to suggest to you that there is a double meaning in the phrase, “I will pour out My wrath like water.” As we have already seen in the previous two presentations, God has been using hurricanes, and floods as a means of judgment. He first did so with the flood of Noah’s day, and He continues to use this as a form of judgment today.
Throughout Scripture God has repeatedly testified that it is a very evil act in His sight to move a neighbor’s boundary mark. How much greater an evil is it when the boundary belongs to the land He calls “My land?”
It is an act of tremendous pride and arrogance for any person to reach out their hand to make changes to that which God has established. Yet this nation that is so proud of its military and political power, its great wealth and advanced technology, has lost its fear of God. The people of Israel whom Yahweh has called back to occupy the land He promised to them, and the people He has testified will never be uprooted from their land again, America’s leaders are seeking to uproot in order to please those who control the oil that our nation runs on.
In a stunning “coincidence” the week before America saw hundreds of thousands of people displaced from New Orleans and the Gulf Coast, Israel had agreed to remove a number of her people from areas of her land that America had urged her to give to the Palestinians. The newspapers and television showed pictures of Israeli families abandoning their homes, their land, and that which they had labored on for many years. Some of the Israelis were removed forcibly by the Israeli Defense Forces, because the nations had convinced Israel’s leaders that this was what was required in order for her to have peace.
The same day that the evacuation of Gaza was completed Hurricane Katrina formed over the Bahamas.
21 settlements in Gaza were abandoned, by political agreement. Approximately 8,500 Israelis in Gaza were forced to leave. The forced removal occurred the week of August 18, 2005. The next week the residents of New Orleans were urged to leave the city as Hurricane Katrina approached. Hundreds of thousands never returned to the city. It is very costly to touch God’s anointed and to move the boundary markers God has established, and to divide up the Land of Israel.
What was America’s role in this? Read this excerpt from a news article dated approximately 2 years before this event.
On February 1, 2003 the Associated Press reported the following:
Powell: Bush to be more involved in
Israeli-Palestinian conflict
By The Associated Press 2/1/03
WASHINGTON - U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said Friday that President George Bush will become more deeply involved in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict than he was in his first two years in the White House.
Powell said that the conflict was the most pressing problem in the Middle East.
Powell also told the Palestinians that "they cannot get a state by using violence" and warned that they must install a new leadership.
Appearing before a national conference of Americans interested in U.S. foreign policy, Powell said the administration would resume its pursuit of a settlement now that Israel had concluded its elections.
He said he had talked by telephone to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who won a new term this week, and that the Bush administration would use the roadmap devised in partnership with the European Union, Russia and the United Nations.
It aims to create a Palestinian state by the year 2005 carved out of land that Israel has held for more than 35 years...

God said He would enter into judgment with the nations that have divided His land. Not here that America was acting in partnership with the European Union, Russia and the United Nations. Yet America assumed a primary role, and the United Nations is located on American soil.
Please note that the date of this article is the SAME day that the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster occurred!!!
