Understanding Sabbath

Content of Message Two (October 11, 2006): Coming into Sabbath rest is a matter the writer of Hebrews states still remains for the children of God. It is of critical importance for the hour we live in, and in Hebrews chapter 4 the saints are warned lest they should fall short of entering into that rest. The Old Testament observance of Sabbath laws are shown to be a shadow and type of the true spiritual rest that all saints must strive to enter into. Many saints, not understanding the rest Yahweh has commanded them to enter into, are falling short of His will and they will fail to satisfy His desire even as did the generation of Israel who perished in the wilderness.
